The standard audio system is basically a joke these days. Standard audio in our 159 unfortunately is a lot better than the standard one in the Giulia. Thatβs why I purchased my Giulia with Harman/Kardon. Far better than base but not as good as the competition. Sub is somewhat weak and the highs can be unrefined.
I do not see a lot of post about Harman Kardon on this Community. Sonos is generally recommended instead but it lacks Google chromecast support. I was also interested in the Bose smart soundbar 300 but I wonder if the system will be extendable with speakers they bring out in the future. Some key features I need are: compact soundbar (max 80cm)
Worth noting is the speaker's weight, which stands at 3.5kg. Unlike most Bluetooth speakers that can be recharged using a USB-C cable, the Onyx Studio 8 has a different approach. It doesn't use USB-C for charging; instead, it needs to be plugged into a power outlet using a specific figure 8 power cord.
Design and dimensions. Packing 11 speakers into a 1.15 metre-long case, the Citation Multibeam 1100 is a big beast, wrapped in a Kvadrat fabric cover. Sitting in the centre of the Citation Multibeam 1100βs top side is an LCD touchscreen. At the back sits a collection of ports set into a recessed area, between two wall mount fixtures.
The Harman Kardon SB 16 features a premium price tag and some remote control quirks, but its excellent sound quality and exterior design make it worth the extra cash.
I bought a Citation Sub S direct from Harmon Kardon UK, and it was delivered this morning. Pairing between it, and the Multibeam 1100 was practically instantaneous. I tested the Sub S with the storm sequences from the 4K disc of 'The Equalizer 2'. As expected, the Sub S's bass was not overly deep, but was taut.
