Split Screen was ditched a long time ago in NFS games, however split screen is present in some older games from other developers, such as Grid 2 or Dirt series from Codemasters. Probably Playstation 2 era games. I seem to remember NFS Most Wanted 2005 had split screen. NFS Hot Pursuit 2 as well had split screen.
